If it's inside a home, then what's the difference between aangan and a veranda?

Aangan- courtyard is open to the sky and is in middle of the house.

Verandah is a closed structure surrounding the outside of the house like a front porch or a backyard patio.

Now in hindsight, Khamoshi is the only Salman movie I ever liked. He was subdued and had a great chemistry with Manisha and the songs, no words for it❤️
