I'm not very much inclined too. And I don't mean that you should be on the same page with regard to it but just be able to discuss. I've encountered people who are not able to accept contradictory political opinions or rather can't tolerate it.. so yeah it is important to discuss beforehand.. gives an idea whether you can reach a consensus on other topics as well🤣

politics doesnt just mean being in it or joining a party or working for it. Other things also factor like what kind of economic policies you prefer your country choses coz in the longrun it can effect you and your spouses careers, your views on health care, womens rights all come under pol views.
