omg!!!! i'm so glad that i clicked on this topic it feels great hearing all of your stories about pakistan the last time i went there was seven years ago i know mad!!!! so yeah im really hoping to go there next summmer or possibly even this summer *fingers crossed*

Pakistan is Pakistan like home is home. Even though I am born and raised in canada, PK is my second home and I love it. As for how modern it is in term of dressing, well, I belive if you go to the city in lahore (where I'm from) its still pretty traditional and orthodox there but if you move a little uptown like in Faisal town, Defence and so on....its more modern there where you'll see girls wearing western clothes and so forth. I also heard that everything you see in the drama's you can see in Karachi. I heard that's where toooo much modernism has been taking place and things don't look too pretty there.

well i have been in canada for years now n i went to pak last yr. i m from isd. well i wud say it has changed a lot. u cud find lots of hang out places where students n other kids for dates n stuff. dere are several places for sheesha watever dat is. u cud easily find girls wearing jeans n oder western clothes goin around but i wud say dat really depends on da area one lives in. from wat i saw i think dat da girls in pak have gone mad but da guys r still da same stupid starin kind. i just hope deir mentality changes.
one more thing i also studied in imcg which one did u study in n wat yrz?
