Duniyapur is definitely the better show. I gave up on Faraar because it was quite Baatish focused with rest of the cast ignored.

The leads chemistry in Duniyapur is amazing and the supporting cast is really engaging as well. Fast paced and unpredictable. The power shifts are so well done and you don’t know what will happen next. It started off slow but got better and better and right now it’s probably the most thrilling show. I’m glad it got the audience too because the views / ratings are decent and it trends every week

I have provided valid evidence regarding Maya Ali becoming Lux gilr did not have anything to do with her 'massive popularity'. In todays time also, Maya Ali remaining to be Lux girl has nothing to do with her being extremely popular now. Also, I would believe an article published in Pakistan's most prestigious news paper to be more reliable than random claims made by 'a few' online.

My whole argument was/is the rebuttal of the claim made that Maya Ali was/is 'extremely popular' and certain years belonging to Maya Ali. Besides that I have no problem with her personally, her brand or her being a Lux girl. Peace.

I'm now left wondering how things work versus how it is supposed to be at times. I understand that it is complex. However, there are issues.

Providing an entire questionable excel sheet with a thesis on a daily basis to prove trp's uploaded by the channels are wrong is okay. It is okay to age, face shame and mock members. It is okay to post unflattering pictures of the same actor time and again. It is okay to defend an actress who falsely accused someone in PUBLIC while trying to hide unprofessional behavior.

What is not okay is to talk about an actress's actual job - her craft. Critiquing it and it is a global consensus is also an issue. Talking about brands, friendships, and movies with box office numbers is a bl**ph*my.

I have never disliked Maya-Obi and they remind me of my early days. They were fun. But we all learn to explore and identify good script and strong craft as we grow up. Things change.

I came back to the forum and was very surprised to see so many threads that were not a drama thread. I was curious to see what happens there. I received a shock.

If for any reason I appeared or appear to lean one way it is because of people's own behavior.

I will say this. Yumhaj fans here have not taunted or disrespected me when I didn't understand certain things. They messaged and explained things to me like how to contact mods or how to use the tools (I do not find IF the same as other platforms. It's a little old fashioned with the tools). They didn't attack or make me feel unwelcomed or make jokes for not understanding dynamics here. But on the other hand the Maya ones or the Yumna/Yumhaj haters were very unkind upon first interaction because I questioned the shaming I was being called names and told to shut up as I didn't understand the context. And the taunting by multiple people at the same time made me feel as if I asked something worng. That didn't feel nice. They suspected me of being a yw shipper right away.

Instead of taunting me, they could have just explained that the other side were doing things for a long while and they were just giving it back. I would have understood that point of view as well.

I hope things get better here. I'm not saying the other side is a saint and neither am I. I make mistakes too. I'm sure there was stuff from the other side as well but some take it to another level of unkindness. Now I understand why so many of the OGs moved out. This is not sustainable.

I hope it gets better.
