well all the interested Canidates are are put in the list. and if there is a need, one of them will be picked, BUT after seeing how well they are doing in not only that one forum but in all the forums they visit.

some can be very good bacha here, but a huge troble maker in the forum, then there are very little chances that that member will become a viewbie or a mod.
