Yeah, I'm of the same opinion. I have no issue with the "nice guy", but for me, being brave, clear about things, and taking initiative are also very attractive qualities. I sometimes found Saad to be rather lazy and lacking self esteem. His go-to response to conflict was to let others walk over him and sulk at the back. Knowing my own personality, I would find it irritating if the guy I was with didn't know how to create boundaries for himself and assert his own opinions and thoughts. In real life, when someone keeps repressing their opinions and thoughts for so long in a relationship, they tend to become resentful later on. Of course we don't get to see that in MPHT because that would be too much nuance for a rather superficial plot, but it's a very common ordeal in desi families.
