I kinda see it too. I only remember my parents watching the 1st and 2nd episode, but I do remember it was about this girl marrying the guy who killed her husband. Instead just put sister in. I don't know much else about the show, but I do see similarities in the surface.
Yup, it has some similarities such as:
- Hatim somehow causes Ramsha's death and in WAIKP the hero inadvertently causes a man's death.
- Both deaths occur because the hero's ditched the victims and if they hadn't then the victims would have lived.
- Both hero's felt super guilty because they are in fact good people who made a mistake.
- Hatim helps Ramsha's family post her death, in WAIKP, the hero, Ashir reaches the victim's family and begins helping them out with every little thing.
- Hatim ends up marrying Ramsha's sister while in WAIKP Ashir ends up marrying the victim's widow.
- Hatim falls in love with the person he married and becomes possessive of her while the wife is hesitant about the marriage. Same case in WAIKP, Ashir falls in love with the widow he married and becomes possessive while the wife is hesitant.
- Hatim's friends and family think he was wrong for marrying the victim's sister because of the consequences of the family finding out he had a part in the death. In WAIKP too initially they think it was messed up of Ashir to marry the widow because he would be screwed if she finds out.
- Hatim has mostly moved on from the death and gets pissed if it's brought up because he's insecure, and in WAIKP, again Ashir moves on from the death but if someone reminds him that he caused it he gets pissed and super possessive also, because he's insecure he will lose his wife.
