OKB had posted a pic on his FB nd had mentioned something like shooting for Diyar-e-Dil in Skardu

loved the locations and cars used . the bg socre and the bd beauty❤️

i dint like behroz sabzwari for sanam's brother. he look way old😲

liking abid ali as agha jaan. bromance i loved.

over all good not great . as introduction epi was good. hope we will get great episodes in future

So I had a question which actors are playing the leads of the children Farah and Wali ??? Is Sanam playing the mother of the daughter???

I already ranted about how the team is gonna ruin the novel and everything. But now I feel like taking my words back LOL. My sister actually made me watch all the promos and the OST. And I definitely regret saying that the dramatization would turn out to be bad 😆

I thought OKB would not be appropriate for playing Wali. But lemme confess that I found him perfect for Wali in two promos because I've read the novel and I'm well aware of the characters. I'm still hesitant about Maya Ali playing Farah, though. I somewhat dislike her in every character she plays 😆 I'm pretty confident that they would pull of the relation of Behroze and Suhaib on the screen very well (judging by the promos). Although they've made MANY additions to the story of Behroze and Rohi but otherwise, the dramatization seems pretty much similar to the novel. I am not ready to see overdose of Sanam and Mikal anyhow. They better move fast to the next generation, that is Wali and Farah.

The locations are breathtaking. Mikaal's finally doing something good and Ali Rehman has pulled off a great Pushto accent. Sanam's cute.. All in all, it was a great start. I liked the dressing too.. those shawls and shalwar kurtas very a good depiction of people living in Baltistan, Gilgit.

Also, the drama would have stirred some thriller and suspense if they would have shown Wali and Farah too in the beginning.. as it was in the novel.

Osman Khalid Butt is playing Wali. Maya Ali is playing Farah. Yeah, Sanam Saeed is playing Roohi, Farah's mom and Behroze's wife

Sanam and Meekal play Farah's parents and d other brother Suhail is Wali's father. Don't know who his mother is.
