Plus the fact that I'm so used to watching Anurag perform is what is making things worse.💔

Having said that, let me come back and rant🤣

1. Why is always death synonymous with martyrhood? Like why? I remember reading a post on the forum and that member was soo bang on about it. Imaan might not have technically DIED but he gave up valuable 17 years of his life as a POW for his country. Is that any less? Why is death so glorified? I'm not demeaning soldiers who give up their lives for our country, i feel it takes immense courage to be a soldier and I bow my head infront of each and every person who is in the armed forces. But my point is different. Is imaan any less? I know maybe tomorrow's episode will be dedicated to him and honestly I'm waiting for that but I want to see more of what may have transpired in Pakistan. NOT what I've seen. Already.

2. Coming back To my favourite part. My Siddhant Thakur.❤️

This man gets nothing at the end. Absolutely nothing. What about the fight he put up in Pakistan's jail for the past 15 years? What about the mental agony and torture he underwent? What about HIM? Like what?

He is my favourite favourite character and I don't care if people call me biased but I want to know his story. His journey. If a soldier like Siddhant Thakur, a person like Siddhant Thakur can change then anyone, I repeat anyone can change?

Why aren't we shown his mental psyche? Like what was his trials n tribulations..His constant conflict between the teachings of lala n Vikram. Why aren't we made to witness the journey from Siddhant Thakur (who refused to come back since he had two of his fellow colleagues involved with the enemy forces, who saved his senior officer while himself getting beaten to death) to Sadiq ( a jehaadi who ended up being the reason of sartaj's death.)

THIS transformation is what I yearned for. Like literally. And that's precisely why I can't come to terms with his death.

3. What about mulla peer, the money that got transferred, the entire attack on defence hospital (yes, the attack needed justified premise. A guy who was 'pro-humanity', how could he do that?)

And several other questions.

4. And lastly, how can epilogue be made equivalent to flashbacks? Does it not mean what happens next? Today I found nothing except maybe the medal given to sartaj.

Siddhant's death was the high point of the show..And no continuation of such an important track left me SAS, dejected and royally disappointed.

Call me delusional, stupid, fool, idiot..But Siddhant Thakur deserved a chance. He couldn't have been redeemed. But one chance to speak his heart atleast. To speak to shobha, to afreen and Hussain.. I mean that kid was the trigger for God's sake.

I don't know whether I should bang my head or not.

Having said that I'm happy that he is dead. And no, by no means he should have been alive. Because death gave him peace and I'm glad Sid got it but one chance to SPEAK! That's all I'm saying. :(

This is the exact same thing I have written repeatedly written in my posts about Siddhant ans his journey !

What about him !!!!! Don't take me wrong but at least Sartaj died a martyr..makers made him a HERO but Siddhant died as a terrorist and this what pains me !

All his good deeds overshadowed by a single mistake.

As u said he was the same man who refused to leave his Co soldiers in war

Who agreed to die to save Imaan - his senior

Who asked Lala to release Imaan and Sartaj

Whom 15 years of torture couldn't break..he was always 'BEDHADAK AND BEBAK' BUT love for a child is what broke him.

He was the one who got wronged the most !

Why didn't the writers explained his perspective !

Why they didn't show his journey ! Why such a tragic death ! Did he really deserve it ! Was there really no difference between HIM AND YUSUF !

he was a vulnerable and an emotional human being who got played by Lala.

Why the writers never tried to explain his plight , his conflict , his turmoil , his thinking

Why did he release Mullah Peer , why did a man like him who asked Yusuf to shoot him rather than an innocent man , who asked Ibrahim not to cause any blood shed in the hospital , who asked Ibrahim not to fire in Thadani's office , who claimed he was pro humanity held so many civilians as hostages at gun point !

Why the writers never explained his contradictory behaviour !

I am so disappointed !

I feel cheated as a SIDDHANT FAN !

FOR ME SIDDHANT WAS THE BEST WRITTEN AND ENACTED CHARACTER! HE WAS SO DEEP AND COMPLEX YET BEAUTIFULLY WRITTEN CHARACTER.

BUT NOW I THINK THE WRITERS RUINED IT WITH THE RUSHED ENDING AND UNANSWERED QUESTIONS ABOUT SIDDHANT

SID/SADIQ REMAINS THE BEST ENACTED CHARACTER THOUGH!

And not watching Anurag on screen is what is really making matters worse

I WISH HE COMES BACK ON SCREEN ASAP ! ANS WE GET TO SEE HIM PERFORM MANY BRILLIANT ROLES FOR MANY MANY YEARS TO COME

Mullla peer ko chhod do ...No one knows Asli plan kyaa tha , bichare sid ke saath dafan ho gaya, Koi Plan bhi tha ki nahin pata nahin ...(Any chnaces Afreen knowing it ??) .

See yaar kitna kuch baaki tha ...Instead of torturing us with Dec epis they should have got Siddhnat onboard quickly , Bas solid pakaya whole Dec month ... 😕

True !

We needed to hear his perspective...which we will never get to hear...his story will remain incomplete is what I feel 😭 Coz I have 0 hope with the writers now !

This series could have been a true masterpiece but the rushed , unexplained, dull ending and the loose ends have prevented it from being called a masterpiece.

This series had started on such a high note and then after Sid's entry it had gone to another level only but with the ending it seems they crash landed very badly..they ended it on such a low note ! We all felt dissatisfied and were left asking for answers to many unanswered questions ! There was a lack of satisfaction and we were expecting so much ftom this show.

A great , sensible ending is what we all deserved , Siddhant deserved and so did this fabulous show.

This show deserved to end on a high note just like it had started !

But sadly endING was disappointing !

I am not sure what is the aim of these 3 episodes ? If they wanted to just remind us of Sartaj and Imaan's journey then I am sure we all are aware about it !

They should have used these 3 episodes in answering the burning questions mainly about Siddhant along with the flashbacks if they wanted to show them.

Maqsad ne kabaara kar diya bae ka yaar. Matlab bechara jaan bhi nahi paaya and jab maloom padha uske baad hi bammm..He was dead. Ye kya baat hui😭

I honestly don't have hopes from Afreen. She loved only two things in her life . One was Sadiq and the other was the concept of jehaad.😕😆 she must have known Sadiq but I doubt whether she knew Siddhant😭

My biggest regret would be he not getting a chance. I remember imaan telling Sid 'tumhe dusra mauka mila hai..gavao mat'

But the verity of the situation is where did he really get the chance? I bloody swear I'll kill that Ibrahim sheikh. 😡 woh na hota toh Sid bae itni jaldi naa marta.😭

WHAT EXACTLY WAS THE ASLI PLAN..NO I don't think Afreen knew

Who will explain his perspective now as u said Vik can only assume !

And ya December month was such a drag...most of my friends and even me stopped watching it then and started watching it after Salim's accident.

After Sid's entry I never missed a single episode...and the weeks where Sid sends the code and then Naaz goING to Pak and Sid returning were the most thrilling and best weeks of this show.

Oh how I miss those golden days !
