1. What was the worst on-stage mishap that ever happened to you or someone you saw?

When we were acting in a Tamil Play, my co-artist and I were supposed to freeze in a particular pose and a particular music was supposed to be played to emphasize the situation!! The musician screwed up and was trying to find the song/music. We just stood there grinning from ear to ear stuck in the pose looking foolish and the audiance started whisteling!!!! Kai kaal yellam marathu pochu...we were giving the musician icy looks...alas twas vain....finally the curtains started closing and we bowed and walked......guess what the music comes in full blast!!!!! Back stagela later musiciankku dharma adi thaan!!

2. What is your favourite Andrew Lloyd Webber musical?

Nothing as such....but I was proud of Bombay Dreams coz of Rahman..tho it was only an ALW porduction!!!👏

3. If you could live in any musical, what would you choose?

Nothing in particular..but I do like Queen Latifa's role in Chicago..not very big but nice.

4. What is your favourite play of all time, and why?

I like any comedy Tamil Play..that has good acting, theme and joke!

5. What's the worst play you've ever been to?

In DC I think I went for an Indian cultural event and there was a play....yenoda kannula ratha kanneer vanthathu...I could not figure out the story and the actors were absolutely pathetic..just stood there, stone faced, telling their dialogues in monotone!!! Just felt like throwing azhugina muttai, thakkali etc.😡

6. When someone asks "Can I have a volunteer?" do you

It all depends on Volunteer for WHAT!!!! Ethavathu yedagoodamaa irunthaa...Suram will do the dissappearing act!!! If anyone needs a volunteer for a social cause...I am always game......raise my hands and jump up and down and yell/scream...ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME.......
a) Throw your arm in the air and wave it about with a smile from ear to ear? and why not???
b) Raise your hand slowly with a sheepish giggle? and why not???
c) Eagerly look around for the first arm in the air, and laugh at them? and why not???
D) Hide? and why not????
