Yes, I have one little brother called Laxman, who I am told by my parents that I spoil a lot. I can't call him 'little' nowadays because he stands a towering 6'2".

I still live with my parents as I am a poor STUDENT 😭

Right
6. What does your voice sound like?
Apparantly, when I talk, it sounds sweet...but when I sing, it sounds like someone dragging their nails on a blackboard
7. What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
I seem to use LOL a lot, even when I'm not actually laughing.

A tissue I used to clean my baby cousin's nose 🤢😆
9. Do you have, annoying habits?
Hehe...I snore...but that isn't annoying for me, cos I'm fast asleep

Humble, but happy. 'All you need is love...dadadadaa'

I don't remember how old I was, I just remember turning the radio on when my parents were sleeping, and my dad (poor thing, it was always him, the light sleeper😆) coming in and turning it off, but not scolding me.

I'm in my final year at uni
13. Did you enjoy school?
Not high school...I went to an all girl's school and there was a lot of bitchiness there. It didn't suit my simple, tomboyish nature. But I love uni 😃😃
14. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
Thanks to my parents, I got veena lessons since I was 7. Through that, I discovered my passion for music. Everything else, I learnt in school.
15. While growing up, did you have any role models? If so, describe them.
My grandad..he was a famous writer back home in Sri Lanka, and more importantly, a very kind hearted man.
16. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
So many things...a policewoman one day, and an actress the next, then a director...and to this very day, I still havent figured that out! 😆

Going to the park, riding my bike, etc

I admit, I was pretty selfish and stubborn cos I was an only child UNTIL the age of five, when my bro was born. I'm still stubborn though!

Yeah, as a child, I think i speak for a lot of people in that you don't have many problems making friends as kids don't have prejudices in them.
20. When and with whom was your first kiss?
When I was five and I kissed my 3 yr old cousin.

I don't have one...I don't like the idea of being emotionally attached to an object, which would bring a lot of pain, if lost.

Nachos with salsa sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, and the spiciest Jalapeno peppers.
24. What, if anything, do you like to read?
I like classic, period novels...the one I can read again and again without getting bored is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte.
25. What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)?
I love going to the cinema with my friends...we tend to have a lot of discussions on films. I also enjoy live carnatic music concerts. I would like to go to a rock festival, but I've never had the chance.
26. Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs? If so, why? Do you want to quit?
Does Sheesha count as smoking?? Well I have even stopped that because of the ban in restaurants on smoking and sheesha was included in that ban😡 😡(even though it is not as harmful as cigarettes)
Drinking...well I am against drinking to get drunk because I have seen how undignified it can make people look. But having a drink now and again, with family, say at a party is what I do.
As for drugs...that's a no-go area with me. I'll never risk my life 'just to experiment'
27. How do you spend a typical Saturday night?
Visiting my grandparents and all my cousins. We all have a right laugh when we are together.
28. What makes you laugh?
Sarcasm...my brother...stand up comedy (british only😳)

Rascism/ Caste-ism of any sort.
30. What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?
Spend my time on IF with all the lovely people here.

I don't confide in people, but I just tell myself 'you can get through this' and 'don't ever feel sorry for yourself'....sounds stupid, but it works 😊
32. Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?
I'm a bit of both...I'm spontaneous in the sense that I do what I want, when I want, as long as it doesn't affect other people. But when I'm going somewhere, I plan everything to the last detail, write the lists, and have back up plans, etc

Inconsiderate drivers, arrogant people
34. Describe the routine of a normal day for you. How do you feel when this routine is disrupted?
I tend not to have routine...I try and eat at different places, try new things. One thing is, if I'm at home, i need my tea at 5pm, or else I can get very irritable.
35. What is your greatest strength as a person?
I always like to be there for people, and help them out. I need to be needed, and am at my best when someone else is in a crisis😕

My greatest weakness is my greatest strength. This results in me putting myself second all the time, but I would never change myself, no matter how many people think I'm a fool.😊

I wish I could control my temper.

Introvert...I don't tell people my problems...even my closest friends have to ask me a million times before I tell them anything.

Well I have a pile of stuff in my room which I call an 'organised mess' People don't believe me, and think it's my excuse for being lazy...BUT i do know where everthing is.

Yes, but not in a narcissistic way (I dont love myself), but in the sense that if I met myself, I would think I am an ok person, not amazing but just regular.

Main thing is, I want the house of my dreams. I also want to be in job I like, and to carry on doing lots of voluntary work.
