Sisters at war on Sahara channel!

Malini Kapoor, who plays Zeenat, the heroine's sister-in-law in the new Sahara One serial Zaara — Pyar Ki Saugat has started competing with her real life sisters on the same channel. Simply because Malini is the cousin of Reena Kapoor who plays the leading lady in Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki and the sister of Shalini Kapoor who plays Irawati in another popular Sahara daily, Solahh Singaarr.

"You know there is no competition at all apart from the fact that we are in the same profession, same channel and doing rival shows. Competition never takes place between sisters, actors compete," claims Malini. So who followed whom? "Actually I had come to stay with Shalinidi. I decided to get my portfolio done. And then I got a role in Jai Maha Bharat. Reenadi and Shalinidi came together some 10-12 years back. I came five years back. Of course Shalini di guided me a lot initially," quips Malini.
