In kaise Kahoon Tahira aapa is hell bent on making Nasrins life miserable. she got a niece of hers from the town she belongs to and is planning on getting her brother Zahir married to her. Ruksana the niece is trying to woo zahir by her cooking and she makes kheer but tahira puts some medicine in it which makes nasreen puke, tahira purposely leads zahir to believe that maybe Nasreen is pregnant, when the doc says she is not pregnant you can see that zahir is unhappy, so her plan now is to make zahir feel the lack of a son again and again so that for the sake of an heir zahir feel will agree to marry ruksana.The kids tie up tahira's hair to the bed and she screams in pain when she wakes up, she immediately tells nasreen about the kids and nasreen and the other sister in law mildly dantofy the kids, Nasreen accepts Tahiras challenge and tells her to bring it on, on the other side khusboo and Feroz are sharing some romantic moments and decide its high time they told their families about the fact that they want to get married. Khusboos father sees them togther and khushboos parents object to the marriage, Khushboo says if she cant marry feroz then they should get a kafan for her, the show ends with a troubled look on khushboos face.
