So after Meesai tells Raji about wedding to Raji and Karthi, Anbu Mamar blast Karthi and Raji blasts Kamal. Madhavi hears this and goes to Raji and tells Raji that Karthi and her are getting married, and Madhavi's father is ok with it all and sir said yes. Raji was shocked to the core and didn't believe at first but Madhavi cunningly showed a photo of her dad and Karthi shaking hands and said ellam mudinchipochu, naan thaan Sirku ellam and walked away with a cunning smile. Raji stood rooted to the place and cried.

Raji just smiles and doesn't respond and walks away, Vishnu is confused with Raji's behaviour but doesn't say anything and continues with his work.
Lastly, she goes to Karthi's room.

Karthi looks up at her first confused as to why she is here and second as to why she has been crying, her eyes are swollen and Karthi notes that.
Karthi: "Ilaa yenna vishiyam innu sollu."

Karthi just waiting for Raji to say something... "yenna?"

Karthi gets up and says "Raji illama yennala iruka mudiyathu da, Vishnu naan Raji ya theda poren naan varen da" but Vishnu stops him and says he will go with him. This is all noticed by Kamal who realises he does not have a chance of marrying Raji ever and quietly moves to his cabin.
Karthi and Vishnu go to her house first and look but find out Raji has left the house and given the keys to the house owner. Karthi then says to Vishnu to go bus stand and he will go to railway station to look for her. Karthi reaches the platform and rushes inside looking for her. Goes to the waiting room and doesn't find her and keeps running when he sees her standing on the platform looking at the screen board.
He walks up and stands in front of her and Raji sees him and thinks it's her imagination and says:
"Aiyo yen Karthi yenna ippadi thola pandra unna maraka mudiyama thaan naan velaiya vitu and ooru vitu poren. Nee illama yennala iruka mudiyathu. Unnoda santhosam thaan yennaku mukiyum nee naala iruntha serii, antha madhavi kudathan nee santhosama irupa innu yennaku therinchu pochu, naan poren karthi, but i will always love you."
Saying so Raji turns around to walk away but is stopped with a pull on her shawl and turns around angrily and slaps the person, only to realise after that she slapped Karthi. Karthi just looks at her holding his cheek and starts to laugh thinking about the first time in office, when Karthi pulled her shawl and Raji blasted Karthi for it. Raji is shocked to see Karthi there and does not understand how he is there and
Karthi says:
"yenagaiyo poren sonniya poo! Aana ithu ketuthu poo, yennoda vazhkaila naan nesicha orai ponnu nee thaan, ippo matum illa yeppaiyum nee matum thaan. Naan madhaviya eppadi kalyana pannipen innu nee nanitcha? Avaluthaan illaa nee yenna nambarathu? Ithey thaan Susan and Angel vishithiliyum panna, aana yennala unna thaviraa yaariyum yethaka mudiyathu di! Yennaa,i am truly, madly, deeply in love with you Mrs Raji Karthikeyan."
Saying so, walks up to Raji and hugs her and both cry in happiness and Raji starts to hit Karthi but Karthi just hugs her tighter and says again "I love you Raji nee yennaku matum thaan" and Raji cries and says"I love you to Karthi"
