concern and akkarai is not different pa...but even a mother shows concern like wise a good friend sis bro father their concerns are different...in case if a stranger that too from opposite sex shows concern, what is the relationship between those two indiviuals it can be assumed as any of the above relation right...so madhavi madam indirectly wanted to tell him that is not just concern/ akkarai like above mentioned relationships shows...it is more than that...moreover in english LOVE is the only word for paasam , kaadhal, anbu...and at this stage she cant use the word love right...So when karthik thanked for her concern... she made it clear as it is anbu😆...
