Would not like to comment on anything except on one point where I think you have misunderstood.

I don't know from which PEOPLE you heard that but I would like to clarify about @bold.
Mishkat was first welcomed with open arms by the fans because all the articles that came out prior to his entry in the show suggested that he would help in 're-uniting' Nisha and Viraj, acting as their cupid.
But, when the CVs started hinting that Nisha and Kabir would be the endgame, the same fans who welcomed him (hope you know who) started protesting against it and also gave suggestions that he could be paired up with Kirti. It is during NiBir's second wedding that both Aneri (due to the article) and Mishkat started receiving a lot of hate and backlash. Aneri received it more than Mishkat because of that article and also since she's active on social media.
Mishkat at that time was not on instagram but he was aware of the hate he was receiving (maybe he got to know through Aneri). So, when he was asked about the same NEITHER DID HE SHOW A LAID BACK ATTITUDE NOR WERE HIS WORDS BLUNT. Again I'm quoting his words from the wedding interview :
" I am aware that not many are happy with this track but please give Kabir a chance. Viraj had his chance and he blew it, now it's Kabir's chance let's see what he does. I have read all your comments on social media. I am glad many are liking Nisha and Kabir and those who are not liking again please give Kabir a chance. " to which Aneri too agreed. There was another instance in the interview when the interviewer asked what if Viraj comes and takes away Nisha for which he replied, "Viraj kyun ayega? agar aayega toh ek marunga *laughs*".
All this he told in reference to the character VIRAJ and not the actor TAHER. Yes he did not react to the hate but that's what all celebrities do and u can't label that as his I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. About him reacting or not reacting for whatever CVs did to Taher, he NEVER told anything about that nor was he questioned anything about TAHER ( not the character VIRAJ). But when questioned about the NiRaj v/s NiBir fights of fans he ALWAYS told "don't like both instead like Kabir and Viraj" and also told that he is the closest to Taher after Aneri on the set. So him not talking about the probable injustice done to Taher cannot be taken as him being SELFISH as he was NOT ASKED ABOUT THAT.
Mishkat, Aneri and Taher are great friends offscreen, irrespective of how long they have known each other. So we being their fans, lets just resolve our differences too and try to be friends like them 😊
