I had a conversation yesterday on twitter where a fan Soni said to me that Pia may get a miscarriage. It got me thinking and the more I think about it, the more sense it makes. Pia being vulnerable and pregnant is not a good time right now. Plus if Pia has a miscarriage because of Mo, the family, Ansh and Nishant will finally stop being so neutral about Mo by leaving her alone to die on her own time and will actively try to kill her. Starting with extracting her Sarpika powers. This will definitely stop RH family, especially Ved and Ansh from seeing Mo as a member of the family.
Yes, I know Dola said Piansh child will kill Mo. But can we trust Dola's words? PL must be pretty unhappy about the baby and Dola could have lied to get rid of it and to motivate Ansh, Mo's own khoon to hate Mo and want to kill her with the Daivik. Dola must know Ansh will kill Mo from the Daayan kundali and she made the first move by making Mo attack Piansh's baby.
Honestly, I would rather see a miscarriage and Piansh, RH family and Revanvanshi's swearing to kill Mo and get revenge than see a kid, a leap and loosing one of the leads. Why do you need Piansh kid to kill Mo when DV-Daivik are meant to fight evil entities and kill them?
Plus Piansh can always have kids latter. Now is not the time for it.

The prediction may come true. Piansh, RH family and Revavanshi's may take revenge from Mo for the baby.
