With the tough to pass and yet so free weekend🥱 at hand I didn't find anywhere to go. So thought of reminiscing the sweet and OTT memories from Navya and putting them into words. But wait, before proceeding be sure to convince urself not to try to find head or tail to the writing😕. Done? Now u can move on..
Ever since the show saw daylight, err moonlight, it caught my attention, like many other viewers searching for stories of aam youth, the feelings they go through, the difficulties they face and how they overcome them. With the luring tagline of 'Nayi Dhadkan, Naye Sawaal' the show was found refreshing.😊 Simple innocent Navya found her way into our hearts and the dashing hero, in addition to doubling Navya's heartbeats, led to the birth of a bunch of phangurls☺️ worldwide. But, to tell u the truth, it was the close to reality(barring some which should be there in a show to differentiate it from reality) story lineup that hooked me rather than looks or acting.
Smooth was the journey when the show saw the entry of a wierd character - Shagun but still realism did exist. Such turns do come in one's life. Viewers shed tears with the lead couple when they decide to get separated and we burst our frustrations on Shagun and the CVs for bringing this track. The CVs probably heard us and showed Shagun the door but with that they put an wierd break to the realism realism song I had been singing. Honey and ants to discard an alliance! Really!!!😲
But then they made up for it by giving a next level to the lead pair relationship and a series of 'ILU'-s❤️ to put smile on the faces of phangals.😃 Hardly had we started enjoying again that we faced the next blow with Meeta knowing all these and her reactions and actions left us thinking whether she was right or wrong?😕 We boarded the Rajdhani express and crossed the six weeks of exile in the blink of an eye. Bars of hopes and expectations were raised so high that we almost forgot we were at Kanpur. And the happenings that followed was no less than a nightmare.😡 Viewers pulled their hairs in frustration and anger😡 but didn't let the lamp of hopes blown off. And they were rewarded with the official proposal and acceptance, thats it, hisab barabar.
Soon tyag ki murti Navya's tyag sarvaswa(sacrifice everything) nature melted her family and they agreed to the alliance. But who would convince the Bajpai-s? Deepu approached but returned empty handed. Our hero's adamant and not-ready-to-bow-down activities made the Bajpai-s think twice and finally accept the alliance. Yet the intentions behind the decision still leaves a question mark ❓ over my head. The engagement took place but another decision that was forced just pushed me off the hill. I was simply pissed off on learning that a 19 year old guy was going to get married.😡 As the Bajpai family is one of the renowned families in the city I thought they couldn't have taken a decision that would lead them to legal trouble. The entire nation knows that marrying off an under-aged lad is a crime. But probably the creatives don't.😡 At least Anant could be shown to have acquired the marriageable arrange because we knew he is still 19 as he himself told it to Renu. Moving on, I felt another tight slap across my face when I came to know that the college life was going to end in a month . The crucial final year of college passed in no time, with least of happenings and over that we, not even knowing. Me, who was praying to see the wedding postponed now wish it hadn't been. Because the current level
of relationship Anant-Navya are going through cannot be expected to offer anything more.😔
With a new writer roped in for the show, lets hope something new and different is offered to us.😛
