TOI: Shaheer doubts his acting

Actor Shaheer Sheikh has been in news for a while. Sometimes for his popular character and sometimes for his link up with actress Smilie Suri.

Shaheer who plays Anant in Swastik Pictures' Navya on Star Plus has certainly become popular and is happy about it. But before doing Navya he wasn't really sure if he actually belongs to this industry.

Shaheer says, "While doing my earlier shows, I always kept thinking if I was at the right place. Two years back I used to take a lot of time to complete one scene, but with time I have understood the technicalities. I have also known that the character is an integral part of our performance. Earlier, I used to try to act, but now I just react naturally. I feel the scene and then do it emotions, feelings just flow in naturally. Feeling and reacting has more impact than just trying to emote what your character's saying. I have learnt a lot through my show and I still have a long way to go."
