I've noticed one thing, whatever we hear, like about them participating in NB they didnt say anything. It was RaQesh who posted a promo pic and the same day news of them participating in NB came out on TOI.
In the past when asked about NB they both have replied and said they're not participating. The biggest giveaway is about the voting. Even yesterday when the judges were giving comments their reply was just "yes, yes". Not the usual "we'll work hard and do better".

Look at it this way. The grand finale is only about 3 weeks away. We'll see them next week, right. Week after we wont, then inshaAllah it will be the finale weekend and RaDhi will be there, RaQesh will be much better and they will give a winners performance.

Yes, the voting thing makes it quite obvious. Usually they tweet about voting straight after their performance but yesterday they didnt.
