I kinda agree with everything that you've written. I am not a fan of any of the couples on the show, except for Vinod-Raksha maybe. Other than Vinod and Raksha, I love Gurmeet and Rithvik's dancing. I am watching this show only for Gurmeet (and Wahi and Rithvik's dance!) and Vinod - Raksha now. Purely based on dance, I feel that Gurmeet-Debina, Vinod-Raksha and Rithvik-Asha have the most potential.

Vinod is simply amazing! I can safely say that no one on the show can do what he can. Raksha needs to buck up though. When she's onstage with Vinod, my eyes don't go to her and she dances offbeat at times. But otherwise, kudos to them for taking up this challenge and doing so well! I can't wait to see what else they come up with!

Rithvik-Asha have a lot of potential. I am very much disappointed in their choreographers though. The only performance I liked of theirs so far was their first performance. Rithvik is amazing as a dancer, no doubt about that. Asha is quite mechanical and needs to open up more. I hope their choreographers would do justice to their potential.

Gurmeet-Debina, I always have to watch their performance more than once because when there's Gurmeet onstage, I see no one but him. 😆 *just as biased as you are, LOL* You've nailed it, he has grown so much as a dancer that it's unbelievable. I would have never expected to see Gurmeet performing contemporary acts with such confidence, ease and finesse! So proud of him! There was a time during JDJ when everyone would say that Rithvik is obviously the better dancer between the 2 but now, I don't know about the rest, but I do feel that Gurmeet is on par with Rithvik. :) *or that could just be the biased me!* Debina on the other hand doesn't come across as trained AT ALL. I was most disppointed with her classical performance! The only performance of hers that I liked so far was the tango performance. I don't think she's stiff, I think she doesn't have complete control over her body. For instance, in their contemporary performance last week, the step that she does right before climbing the pole, it looked hilarious! Whereas Gurmeet looked poised and in absolute control. She needs to work very very hard, that's for sure.

Frankly when they took up NB6 was very sceptical of Debina supporting GC in dance well seeing her past performances but shes not been bad and as a couple been quite consistent in their performance till date. She needs to put up more energy in her movements to match up with GC which she lacks even now. So lets hope she further improves. Else i am pretty impressed with the way shes improved since NB SS.

I am also routing for VinodRaksha this time and I love KanicaAnkur too as a couple they r cute nice.
