they did deserve 40/40.i cant have words to describe the feeling i had after watching da dance.it was just so luvly.it just touched my heart.n i guess the same was da case wid da judges. all these judges r highly experienced ppl.dey know their job,n everybudy trusts vaibhavi wid marks.she knows who deserves how much.v r no1 to judge or find flaws in their performances.the judges r not blind 2 be giving away 40/40 to a performance wid flaws.amir-sanjeeda r flawless.they truly deserve wat they got.
n as far as rakhi's performance is concerned.the dance n everything was good.but there wasnt nything unusual about it.she chose a very common madhuri song,wid da same old concept..it was just a usual entertainer dance,but amir-sanjida rocked.everything from A to Z was new& fresh. n it was soo romantic, 👏
hats off to the choreographers 4 thinking of such a beautiful concept 👏

and for those of you who said that it is similar to the touch baliye performance.. i suggest that you go and watch it again, as that dance portrayed pain and was more dramatic than this one.. this was much more softer... so the steps are not a copy!!!!!

i thought that they completely deserved the marks and forget vaibhavi even david gave them a 10 !!!!! so it must have been impressive as he normally doesn't go higher than a 9!!!!! 😉

aur pata nahin aap ko kyun lagta ha ka touch baliye aur is round ka dance ka steps similar tha but the steps are different

I absolutely agree that Amir/Sanjeeda's performance was overrated. It was over all 'cute'. But from a dance point of view, there were no challenges, steps were too easy and the waltz style itself has been done before.

That performance was not up to all the hyped up praise they got. This is a fact.

I understand when you say that the performance may have been over-rated because there were fewer and not many new steps. However, the concept and delivery were breathtaking. Dance is not just about steps - it is about presentation, concept, emotion, and soul. They danced with a soul that touched everyone watching them. A dance can be technically perfect and yet leave you unaffected.

Sanjeeda's steps were perfect and graceful, the presentation and concept were gorgeous, chemistry excellent, and finally they danced with so much emotion. I was so touched by their performance and overcome with the beauty of it that I wanted to see more and more. Dance at the end of the day is an art, so presentation and beauty are as important as technicality. They do deserve a 40. I liked Abhi-Rakhi's performance, but it did not affect me much. For the first time I did not fast-forward through Karan-Amita's dance, but it did not involve me emotionally. AS did. It was comparable to Tina-Hussains elastic band dance and Tanaz-Bakhtiar's slow dance where they put in all their emotion.

I think it was the touch baliye round...they wore blue outfits. Anyways, most of the steps and lifts were copied from that touch baliye performance. Very very repetitive. At times, the choreography DID NOT match the rhythm of the song. With so many flaws, how did they deserve 40/40? That's what I don't understand. Of course, I know that the Aamir-Sanjeeda fans are not going to like what I said. I am eagerly waiting for them to see this post and start shouting.

i agree wid u.. da concept waz good.. but der waznt much dance and choreography in der.. waznt worth a 40 for sure

cocept was good...even i found it creative and cute
BUT, most of the lifts were copied from their own dance in touch baliye...if i knew how to describe a lift, then i would defenitely tell you guys...then you will be convinced...till then, i guess i will have to listen to AS fans defending them...
