Arjun Punjj and Gurdip Kohli may be out of Star One's Nach Baliye 2, but the duo will hit the dance floor once again in the wild card entry round. However, the couple has one complaint against the judges. They feel that though they have performed well and have received a lot of praise from the judges, their scores don't reflect the same. Says Arjun, "I have felt this right from the beginning. The judges have been contradicting their own judgement. I remember that when we performed on Beedi jalaile in the first episode, the judges said that it was better than the one in the film. But then the scores did not match the praise," he says.
Arjun adds that he and Gurdip were both clueless about what improvement the judges expected from them. Arjun says, "We were been confused because the judges never gave us any definite comments. If we were told what exactly they wanted from us, we would have worked on it."
However, the couple is happy with the way the audience and fans have reacted to their performances. "People have been very nice to us. They have given us a lot of votes and have supported us throughout," he says.
When asked whether he enjoyed dancing? Arjun says, "I am comfortable with certain styles. I was very happy to do the western dance forms. But with Indian dances, I had to practice a lot." Gurdip, however, seems to be comfortable with any dance form that she had to perform.
Arjun, who is presently in Delhi, says he is right now concentrating on his wedding preparations. "All the other eliminated couples got a good break and a lot of time to prepare. However, we had to rush back to practice. Now, I also have another serial on air. But more than anything else, I am giving a lot of time to my marriage because there is hardly any time left for it," says Arjun.
Arjun says like any other Punjabi wedding, his wedding will also have a lot of naach-gaana. "The wedding will be in Delhi and we'll have a reception in Mumbai," he says.
