Aamir Ali’s new act - Article

"Frankly speaking I am just a beginner where it comes to hosting. For first time in my life I participated in a dance reality show as a contestant last year on Nach Baliye 3. So I am pretty much attached to the show by now. The only difference is my department has changed this time," says Aamir adding, "It feels home for me now and I am enjoying every bit of my work."

Ali adds that although he maybe host today, he still goes through all the emotions with the other participants because he has been in that position earlier. "I really feel sad for them when any one of the contestants goes in to the danger zone or they are being eliminated from the show and I have to stand with them. It reminds me of my days on Nach Baliye 3," says Aamir.

"Elimination and being in the danger zone is a very sad aspect of any reality show. But at the same time if you are doing your job to perfection you feel on cloud nine," he adds.

Aamir hosts Nach Baliye 4 with girlfriend Sanjeeda Sheikh. "Hosting with her is a great fun. She is my real life partner as well so it comes naturally and we both enjoy the show," he says with a smile.

Asked whether he prefers acting or hosting a show, Aamir says, "As for now I can say I am enjoying the hosting and will continue the same way."
