SP making way for zain's new show?

Yeh hai mohabbatein and krishna chali london have been announced to be going off air soon as these two shows have very low ratings and the channel wants to be able to compete with other channels, so wants to replace these two. This coincides with last week's article reported by tellychakkar that zain's show will now air on SP instead of SB. Seems SP made this decision keeping in mind that they need a fresh new line up of shows, and they thought the show would probably have a good impact on the channel because of it's for sure interesting family drama it can provide plus the cast that includes ayub khan, shrenu, zain and tina, the latter three of whom have just recently done shows with SP and all four actors are familiar to SP. I think SP made a wise choice of airing zain's new show on their channel instead of on their new sister channel that is less likely to give the show ratings. On SP zain's show will fare better.

With the celebrations of 2 year AvNeil Anniversary, lot of the best NK episodes are being posted online and I am getting to watch them again after a long time. I have to compliment the whole NK team. It is just not AdiZa's acting, the story, and the production all put together has created the magic. There is that magical chemistry that makes you love it even after watching it so many times.

I hope for Zain's sake this new show works. Currently none of the Starplus show is in the top 10. YRKK is the only one still doing good. The much hyped and advertised KZK has never been in the top 10 since it started. Kulfi that was doing very well for a long time is now not in top 10 any more. Not sure why. That was a remake of a show from the south just like Zain's new show. Zain's new show did very well in the south but that was back in 2003. This story is not new any more. It has been done as a movie and serial in so many different ways.

Since the story is not unique, the success of the show is going to depend on the chemistry of the cast, and how the productions house captures It.

Starplus has made lot of enemies by supporting Gullu and a few other PH to the detriment of other shows. All the hyped shows on SP has not done well. Look at IPKKND3. Oh my the amount of support and promotion Gullu had for that. Look at the promotions Krishna Challi London had. None of these shows did well. Mariam something - cannot remember the name was another show that went out the door. What SP did in the name of revamping with Alia Bhatt has actually backfired for them. Hope they have learnt a lesson .

Kzk has been in the top 10 at some point, but I don't follow the shows ratings that much to know every weeks' ratings. But yes, all SP's attempts are failing at grabbing the audience. The yeh rishta spin off is bound to gain good ratings though for the channel, which SP really needs right now. Hope zain's new show captures the audience and gets good ratings.

yeah kzk remains in top 5.though evn I dnt wtch but I saw d ratings in sbs.nd recntly thre hs been drastic drop in trp of all shws as said in sbs.dats bcz here dth policy hv bn implementd.nd u hv to choose ur pckge.acc to dt u will b givn chnnls.so mny r nt getting chnnls now in turn nt may be nt watching shws or seeing thm online.so shws with 1.7-2 rnkings r cming in top 5

Kulfi is actually a remake of a bengali show on star jalsha but later the hindi version's story changed from the bangla version. Maybe that's why it's not getting good TRPs anymore
