Off air news is taking toll on you. Just calm down. Even im being quite harsh and depressed these daysbut then whenever I'm stressed listen to music to divert my mind. Also don think too much about that incident. Try to think some happy memories when that incident strike your mind and do something that makes you happy. When you divert your mind you will forget about the incident. Just chill

Also sit and calm yourself down.Try to think the positive things dt can come out of a situation.Dont stress.




Yes may be this is the effect of off air news
Our lecturers show partiality towards the first rank student in our class.They keep on reminding all of us in our class that we scored less than him.Thats why I feel low 24/7.May 18 is my birthday ,so kind of feeling 😲
I will eat chocolate and ice-cream🤪

After growing up you will realise that this rat race will not get you anywhere 😆 To be successful in real life, along with studies you'll require a lot more things. So just study as per your capacity and don't take stress about marks

You see teachers think this is a way to motivate d students.Thats der thought process.
So all you need is to work hard and give your best ,so that you don't feel dt you could hv done better.Study for yourself...try to top yourself everytime.

Being a first ranker doesn't guarantee success in life always...but hardwork always pays off.You don't need to be d topper to be successful in life.
So just study to d best of ur capacity and you'll get to ur goal.

@bold - I really have doubt why do they FEEL like this. This kind of attitude never motivates students, instead their self esteem hits a new low. Unwanted complications like jealousy factor comes into play with all this crap.
