Too bad SP would never comment on that and admit it, but the thing is, it's not SP's fault that international viewers aren't considered in ratings. In india, whoever decides the rating system is the one to be blamed, because no channel actually considers international viewers for this reason. I don't understand then what our views from outside india even mean then? That tweet makes a good point that when us international viewers are not taken into account for ratings, what do our views count towards then? It makes zero sense.
