Nobody cares that avnis name is neilanjana. Shweta and DD don't because they are too slow. But today Neil also heard that jaan dis name is neilanjana and he had absolutely NO reaction ! Iss naam ka point Kya hai?! Iss se accha koi aur naam rakh leti!

Vaise, haven't you answered your own question by quoting Shakespeare?? The cvs too probably believe in that.

Avni will still be Avni ,no matter called Ananya or Neilanjana .

So, clearly it doesn't matter and thus, they use it interchangeable without thinking much
