There is a lot of difference but its too complicated to explain.

Also Superfetation is just a theoritical topic, it is not possible practically so chill dont strain much about it.!

About the non identical twins, it depends on the time when division of fetal membranes(Amnion and Chorion) occurs. If division occurs early after implantation then both babies develop their separate membranes and develop as two separate embryos in same pregnency and if division occurs late, when single set of membranes is already formed then two zygote(future babies) develop inside same outer coverings and that are identical twins.!

I know its complicated to understand like this.!
