Yes I think he will give Saboot to save Avni! See he thought he could blackmail Neil into giving up Avni by saying "arrest her" or "Release her to me!". He was not sure what Neil will do, but he was surprised by the arrest option!

Now it's even better for him. Avni hates Neil for not trusting her (or so she thinks) and Vidyut must know this. He must know from the scene he witnessed that Avni is in shock at this betrayal by Neil! So Loha gharam hai you know? He will strike to try and make a "Good impression" on Avni being her well wisher, when her own love didnt trust her!

Of course Vidyut will fill Avni's ears against Neil too. How much of that she will believe is a guess. But yes, he WILL use this chance to his full benefit, Avni ki Nazar main Hero banne ke liye. Neil Ne Khud Villan ban gaya!
