I don't think there will be an adoption track, CVs know how strongly fans feel about it and Mishti legally belongs to Vidyut and I doubt he is going to be signing away his rights to the people who took her from him. I believe we are heading for a redemption track for Vidyut, it was hinted upon during an AvNeil scene. Mishti is going back with Vidyut, not Juhi.

In the kitchen scene after they came from Goa and Avni was angry with Neil because he didn't say anything to Juhi when she came to meet Mishti in the hospital where Vidyut could have seen him

In the same scene Avni told Neil that Vidyut was very cruel to Mishti to which Neil replied that he cannot be jailed for this offence and now after some 15 episodes he realised that he can be jailed for that if it is proved that Mishti is Neil's child held captive by Vidyut.
