I'm actually confused. How is Juhi suddenly alive?

If Neil loved her, and when he found out she was dead how come he never investigated her death? Was he not a cop before her death?

There's a lot of stuff this show has left unexplained, the biggest being how avni was saved after being shot before the leap, and now all these details with juhi and neil. But maybe they may cover the questions you want answering in this track. I'm hoping that through this track we are shown neil's full past before his character was introduced including his love story with juhi (yeah, I actually am interested in knowing about their love story a lot), and how/ why/ when he decided to become a cop and when he did.

I agree! While I love that they don't drag stuff out, it might be nice to have a little bit more detailed information. Answer some of the big questions and spend time logically!
I hope they don't jump from being in Neil and Anvi's house to going back to Kahnna house in the. Eat episode. That would suck on so many levels! I'm looking forward to more Neil-Avni romance.

So it was never shown how Avni was saved? Was it just left to our imagination then? I didn't watch this show pre leap. Even I want to know how Neil decided to become a Cop and if what happened to Juhi has anything to do with it? It seems DD knows all about Juhi, coz he is the one who told Ali that Neil does know about love when Ali suggested that Neil doesn't know anything about it, and that is why he is marrying Rhea. He also said that Neil lost that girl. He said that it would be better if Ali found out from Neil himself. So Ali clearly knew nothing of her. I think they met after she died/disappeared.

Then Shweta also told Ali about Juhi, trying to convince Ali that Neil has no feelings for Avni. I bet the same tactic will be used by Shweta to convince Avni as well. Avni as it is, is insecure about her relationship with Neil, as in she doesn't think she's right for him. So if she thinks Neil is only with her coz he lost the person he really wanted to be with, then she will for sure back out. I know this will happen coz that is what Avni is like. She is very proud and also conscious of her position in anyone's life. She never stays where she feels unwanted. She stayed with the Khanna's after Daya got arrested coz she Bebe showed she needed her. If not, when Neil told her she can leave, she was ready to leave. So if she feels even for a moment that she is getting in Neil's way she will leave for sure. I am certain that is what Shweta is counting on.

Even I am interested to know how this past played out, and what effect it will have on the present.
