With Pooja Sharam slaying Colors' Mahakali as Kaali and Parvati, both, I couldn't help but draw a line of comparison between the lead protagonists of both the shows, Naamkarann and Mahakali.

In Mahakali, we witness a terrifying journey of "abla naari" who is the spouse of the Destroyer transform into the fire of anger and passion, and in Naamkarann, we witness a normal eleven-year-old, discover her strengths when she loses everything to her wicked grandmother.

Shumbh insults Parvati, causing her to turn to her husband, where similarly, Avni bestows her entire trust in her husband hoping that he saves her from all the troubles.

What Avni forgot for some time was that she is hell strong to protect herself and seeing her father die, she remembers her strength and fights her evil grandmother, destroying her darkness and giving light to Amol, just like Maa did for her devotees.

We all are strong enough to fight our battles, but we witness this strength only when the time comes. No woman needs a man or no man needs a woman to fight their problems, we can do it ourselves.

As Mahadev steps back so that Kaali shows Parvati her strength, Neil is ready to give "Agnipariksha" for his wife and let people question his character.

Mahadev pretends to be ignorant of Parvati's woes, whereas, Neil hides his feelings, only so that Avni gets a chance to let her feelings out.

We need a soulmate not to hold us strong, but to let us witness our strengths, and encourage us to fight our weaknesses.

As Naamkarann's first leap celebrate 100 episodes, I wish the serial, cast and crew the good luck and hope the serial spreads the messages that We all are strong to fight our battles.

No offense to any channel, production house, actor or fandom😊

Shibani even I saw Mahakaali.. And felt a strong connection of Avni with the story of Mahakaali...
As Mahadev said that Gauri should learn to protect herself as well as the kailash but if she feels that everything is out of her control... She'll find him standing beside her...

Same way Neil helped her to executive the plans against Dayawanti... But when Avni lost control over herself... Neil was the only one who not only controlled her but also brought her back to her senses...

Thank you for this beautiful insight...
I was thinking about this similarity from first episode of Mahakaali..

Shibz that's awesome dear :) i also haven't watch Mahakali but the links u told are amazing.
Just love your lines "We all are strong enough to fight our battles, but we witness this strength only when the time comes. No woman needs a man or no man needs a woman to fight their problems, we can do it ourselves. So true. You never know how strong you are until being strong is only choice you have. Yea we should fight our battle on ourselves.

We need a soulmate not to hold us strong, but to let us witness our strengths, and encourage us to fight our weaknesses." Wow that's so right! The true meaning of being a soulmate.

Shibz thats was wow!!!!
