I've always found Bebe's behaviour with shweta quite odd. The more we have got to know Bebe, the more I have found her to be a woman who has a good sense of who is wrong and who is right. We've seen that numerous times how observant bebe is. That's why I found it strange that bebe dislikes shweta so much.
I always thought it was just because of how bebe just has certain expectations that she wants her DIL to meet and that she found shweta to not meet those expectations, that too, the fact that bebe never chose shweta, but then again, neither did neil or the family choose avni but she accepted avni happily, so it can't be that she dislikes shweta because she wasn't her choice.
Today, bebe's words for shweta in that scene with avni was an indicator that the observant and intelligent bebe, who neil has even said himself is actually well-educated and was the one who started prakash's business, actually can see through shweta and perhaps knows something about her. Why else would she have said that shweta is not the way she seems? Bebe indicated that there is more to shweta than meets the eye, which bebe knows.
Prakash said he married shweta thinking she was a good girl, but we still don't know exactly how and why he became convinced to marry shweta. I definitely don't think she is as good as she seems.
