Neil and his relationship with Avni

Or that's the justification he gives himself with spending time with her.😉😆

I know he's an officer and all. Neil keeps saying "I only believe what I see" and if he doesn't understand something clearly, he investigates. But he's only like that with Avni. He hasn't began to investigate on Daya (or he has been all along and that may be revealed to us in the future) when he has heard multiple people tell him otherwise or RIya about the pics on her phone.😡

He always goes out of his way to save Avni and as an audience we haven't really seen that concern with any other cases Neil is taking. I mean, I understand this is a Hindi serial,so they don't focus on delving out character profiles with anyone out of the main cast, but still.

Well the kidnapping thing with Neela and how Neil reacted was justified, as was the his first meeting with her. But he always extends his stay with her in all their meet ups. Like he did when he initially was hurt by Aman or even in the first meeting when they were stuck in a forest.

I mean we know Avneil will be endgame with the roka ceremony and how the couple has been advertised with StarPlus (although if any of you have watched TashanEIshq, Zain's character was advertised as good until he took a complete 360 in a couple of episodes...which makes me not trust anything quite so easily anymore).😭

But Neil says his frienship with Avni is fake. But he continues to take a stand for her against his mum and the family he's marrying into. Not once but twice. Both when Avni isn't even there. He gets mad when someone says something wrong about her. Quite literally immediately. Neil doesn't need to do that if his friendship with Avni is fake😆

Then him going to the cafe to console her (or consoling her once she realised she was there too..whichever scenario it was) was fake. Maybe even her making her laugh and finding her cute was fake. But how can he explain him noticing that the jar Avni had was going to fall, and going out of his way to help her. 😉

My predictions for the future track is...I heard somewhere last week that he's going to call Avni as Juhi. I reckon its gonna be when Avni has lost consciousness and isn't waking up for a while. Coz all we know is Juhi is dead and Neil was devastated. But I think he's going to get mad at himself for that slip of tongue, and he's gonna take that out at Avni. I don't think he's in love yet. He's pulled towards her. But theres no love yet since theres no trust. So even the small evidence he finds against Avni, he's gonna take a bigger cause of action than what he would have done previously. To justify to himself that the slip of tongue was just because he's been spending so much time with Avni and it reminded him of Juhi's accident. He's gonna make the relationship more professional than personal.

ALSO that pic he took of Avni may be used somewhere future in the track. Either to make either Swheta or someone in the Mehta house get more suspicious of Avni and Neil's relationship...or when Neil actually does begin to fall for Avni.
