Naagin's Mouni Roy: Being liberated does not mean hating men!

TV's Naagin has one very important message for all women out there!

Mouni Roy is one of the most searched Indian Television celebrities in recent times. The lady was impressive as Devi Sati in Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev but it was her act as Shivaanya in Naagin that made people swoon over her. Beautiful, kind-hearted but burning with vendetta, it was a dream character. The fact that she looks a million bucks on screen and a zillion on her Instagram page has also sky-rocketed her popularity.

However, beyond the greasepaint Mouni is also a very accomplished woman. A trained classical dancer, she takes out time to perform in shows and rehearses regularly. She has a degree in English literature from Delhi University and Masters in Mass Communications from Jamia Milia Islamia, one of the country's top institutes. An avid reader, traveler and a self-made woman, Mouni is looked upon by many. On the occasion of Women's Day, she has a very special message for all her female fans.

"I want to tell every woman to be liberated and be free. Freedom does not mean hating men or being a feminist. It means learning to exercise our rights as equal citizens and using them in the correct manner. Education is extremely important. Of course, it is important to educate our girls but educating our sons is more important in today's times. They should learn to respect women and treat them in a dignified manner."

We cannot help but applaud the lady for her sensible and practical thoughts on Women's Rights in the present scenario.

I agree with her this sentence " Freedom does not mean hating men or being a feminist"
I'm also a female but many times i saw that if a woman does something wrong and someone doesn't support her then some peoples start saying she is a woman, why blaming woman every time, you should respect a woman.
Just wanna tell them wrong things are wrong , it doesn't matter it's done by man or woman.
Every time women are not right and everytimes men are also not right. Both can make mistakes, both can become idol human being. we should respect of ALL human being, Neither ONLY man or woman .

She is absolutely right! Teach your son to respect women and teach your daughter to be worthy of that respect!
