SAVE NAAGIN 5! PLEASE

Guys, our favorite show Naagin is getting extremely low TRP even though it deserve more points due to its thrill and grip. The main reason for its decline in the rating is live telecast in YouTube and almost half of the population is watching shows on YouTube. If this continues, either the show will go off air like Bepannah or would cancel the telecast over-night like how they did for Kavach 2, Bahu Begum and Pavitra Bhagya. The irony is, its a Colors TV show which is famously known for giving good shows, spoiling its good shows and shutting the shows overnight without intimating the cast or makers. Twitter Trends wouldn't work for Colors Shows.

So, a request for all Naagin Fanpages and Fans, some fan pages have reached the officials regarding reporting issues. They have been asking for links of those YouTube channels. Already IMM fans started to do the same. Everyone is reporting five channels daily...

So at weekends, before 8 pm or at 8 pm or in between 8pm-9pm, just search Naagin 5 live in Youtube and you can find many channels are in live with the thumbnail of the Naagin 5. Just copy the links and send it to some instagram account in DMs. It would help us to cancel the live telecasts by claiming copyright strikes.

If you don't have Instagram accounts, please at least report the channel in Youtube that will help our show run for some more time.

Other Rules:

1) If you're not an Indian or doesn't have colors tv in your state or country, please watch the episode next day on VOOT. That help us to increase Online TRP at least.

2) Don't change the channel in intervals

3) Please don't give any spoilers during the episode's run.

4) It is for both romance lovers and revenge lovers, don't split into groups and fight. We have to save our show

Voot is not available overseas neither is jiotv, and not everyone is able to afford a VPN with the indian server, overall these channels used to be around even when the trp was good enough right?

And we already know that trp is calculated based on a few 100000 households that have the trp meter installed on their TV sets. Heard about the trp scam recently and that’s how I know this. So it makes literally no difference whether you watch it online or on tv or YouTube live, if you don’t have a trp meter installed your views simply don’t count. In short we can’t do anything.

Agreed. If they are not interested in keeping their show, what can we even do? I myself can not contribute even if I want to.

Ok, let us keep Overseas and South states or Bengal aside... But many people who have Colors TV in their house doesn't watch on it and preferring live in YouTube. Retelecast of Naagin 3 in Colors Rishtey gets 2+ ratings which is almost equal to YHC (6th spot) But fresh episodes gets less. That's really a shame. Live telecast happens only for Colors shows. If they prevent live channels, at least there would be a rise in BARC or Online TRPs at least... It's just a small precautionary measure to make it run for some more months.

My point is it doesn’t matter whether you live in the south, Bengal, overseas or in India itself, if you don’t have a trp meter installed on your TV set your views don’t count. So it literally makes no difference whether you watch it live on YouTube or you watch it on tv because in both the cases you aren’t contributing to the ratings. It’s just a few set number of households in India that have the power to decide the future of a show.

If the show has to continue, the makers will have to improve the story to suit to the tastes of those viewers.

Audience is losing interest and we can't force anyone for watch on TV. Makers and channel have to improve the content and promote it to increase the ratings.

I don't care if I get dislikes for this comment but I have stopped watching the show long back. I just happened to surf through the forum and saw this post. Ekta Kapoor needs to stop making Naagin and stop the franchise as it has completely lost its reputation and story telling abilities. Naagin 4 and 5 both are utter failures. The show must go off air and ekta needs to take a break from naagin and rethink a lot on the storyline before making N6. They are just recycling and not showing anything new except for making a love track between a snake and an eagle!!!!!

If you don't have trp meter installed then your views doesn't count simple.

I don't have a trp meter so even If I watch an XYZ show on TV my contribution to trp is 0
