So, Ratna first mentioned it that Mukta was most probably forwarding the episode in face of fans ire. While it seemed possible at that time, I felt it was a bit of wishful thinking ion our part. But then I watched the episode and in the scene that happened outside the mandir, at the time when Krish showed them the dancer's clothes, Krish says
"Chalo"
And Vish replies
"Kya chalo! Hum yaha HUKUM se milne aaye hai. Aise hi andar jaoge?"
This happened even before this HUKUM was introduced to us in today's episode. So how did Vish know of this HUKUM? As g=far as they were concerned, this fake Ruhi was the mastermind.
So either this was careless blooper where Anita galti se said HUKUM instead of Huzoor or else that scene was supposed to happen sometime later as in next week or something and they fitted it in today's episode. Anyways Mahashivratri is in next week. Them celebrating it a little early in the show is a little fishy. They mostly celebrate it a little late.
I could be wrong but I think it was hint that maybe something was hastily changed. I believe HUKUM was eventually going to come but not just so soon.
