It will be good if Bella returns the favor by saying I love you too back to Mahir. I know she had shown it so many times to Mahir that she loves her. We all know she was saying it behind Mahir many times. But then she had never said it to Mahir in front of him that she loves him. At least if she does not want to tell the truth just yet, just say that she loves her Mahir ji.
