Others have already mentioned quite a few things such as to stop the whole "Meri Bela" thing. Or at least show the reasoning behind why every damn guy is after her. Such as why was Shaan fixated with her. I have a lot of suggestions but putting in a few cents here.
1) Do not forget you own plot points and contradict yourself from one point in the story to another
2) Utilize your characters. ESPECIALLY MAHIR. I love BeHir but honestly, Mahir is continually becoming a one-dimensional character who has nothing to do apart from Bela.
And for God's sake, do not constantly make certain characters disappear especially when their absence is illogical. AKA Adi, Pratham, Booltu, Polo, Andy not being present for long stretches. Also Andy should have been in the shaadi last night. Bela's fake dad should especially have been there given that his supposed daughter was getting married twice in the same house, to the brother of her current husband who previously left her at the altar ... at least to the world.
3) Have some realism.
I mean I GET IT, its a supernatural show. BUT seriously a party every other day? CHILL people. With the amount of deaths in the house, I am surprised no one is suffering from any amount of trauma. But instead all of them are dancing happily. I mean thoda toh fear dikha do.
Also, no one thought it was weird how ACP Ajitabh was killed? Or how all the police investigations have not lead anywhere?
4) WORK ON EXECUTION.
Execution is tied in with editing and direction, both of which lack in Naagin 3. The result that we see on on screen is not impressive at all and ... AND I feel like this has greatly brought down the performance of the actors as well.
5) Emotional Depth for BeHIr.
Build up an emotional relationship between the two. Show the having casual and deep conversation about each other so they have a connection. Not everything needs to be about physical romance and intimacy. Such scenes are so much more wonderful. Learn more about each other's quirks and their changing dynamics. Otherwise they just went from friends to lovers real quick. I want the in between and I think that can be beautifully incorporated now.
There are also plot holes. Plenty of them. How did Bela find Vikrant's truth? Why isn't Vish mad at Vikrant (this might understandably be shown later on)? How is Bela's Mom? Where is the fake dad and why aren't the Sehgals asking for him? Why isn't Mahir even mildly curious? Why hasn't Bela has a little introspection or emotional reflection of being betrayed by those she trusted?
What is the connection between Adi and Vikrant and the supernatural aspect of the show.
Why does Naagrani lack in the clever department.
This list isn't in the order of priority. But I would certainly give No.4 the highest priority.
Sorry this turned into a mini-rant. But trust me, this is nowhere near the rant raging in me.
P.S I would suggest a set change but ... not possible 😆. I hate this set. It unnerves me every time this whole bulk of people come from the only two room 2nd floor lol. And when people from the ground floor don't see whats happening there. Like, andhe ho kya?
