See after reading all the cmmnts I will in a divorce procedure u have certain rules and acts in the petition in which both parties have to sign and when they sign it the matter goes to mediation centre of the court where the matter is discussed and when they can't solve the problem through discussion the petition reaches the court and then also they give sum time period. Relax aisa Kuch nhi hoga

@jobcy.. I hope u r right...but u r talking abt real life and this is an EK show that too naagin series...who knows what they will show...I usually try not to think about logic reason reality while watching naagin...😛😆
