Remember KSBKBT Ekta's superduperhit show? There the whole 2nd leap scenario was based on Tuksi's friend Meera betraying her. That brought in huge TRPs. The concept of betrayal is something which is highly intriguing. However by showing that she is not only after a male character out of lust/love but has ulterior motives Ekta has already made Vish standout among the rest of her vamps most of whom are crazy lovers and salivate over the male lead.
