now vik is a close case n she has moved on ,she is not someone who can let touch n kiss a guy herself so easily ,she was ready to tell truth about her revenge n her being a naagin front of family to mahir just bcs she love mahir , she will not do it just for a infatuation.

but if she does it that mahir is correct about her tthat she fully confuse n dumb n flip .so he assumed correct that she can flip any time in this case too so his anger n reaction will prove correct too.
