I felt her to be cheap, she's laughing with her bros when they were reminiscing Ruhi's incident. There is nothing wrong in killing her.

They are bound to be together, because if not then why Vish will kill Yuvi on the marriage day not other people from the list... She wanted to stop the marriage, and she certainly don't love Bela, that she killed Yuvi before marriage to save Bela from Yuvi or not make her Widow... So yes they are bound to be together
