yes, they might just continue with the story of Mr and Mrs. Bhatnagar, but even in that Lee, they won't have much creativity to display...there's no scope of their coming up with different stuff in bhatnagar story while still keeping the TRP Aunties interest alive

it'll all turn into the OTT stole flying, wind blowing and steamy eyelocks

plus possibly a giant leap with MM kids falling in love

Channel have still not learnt that AS & KKK do not suit to such characters..all monkey stuffs..even if AS is young and appears like a kid in her interview, I cannot see her doing teeny stuffs on TV..she is not a masala type show girl *head desk*

don't know how KKK will convince himself..will he do it for just being professional ??

Yep,Fari! I agree re Kunal! He's kinda the anti hero really! The industry is so shallow and superficial! You have to be really connected or chocolatey to make it !! And Kunal is neither, he's just an adorably cute and great actor! Poor guy!

As for Akanksha, I disagree, you have to strike the iron while its hot!!This is a very fickle business, here today and gone tomorrow! And we know even at 22 , 30 is around the corner and viewers think you're too old for a female romantic lead!

Pal, i also was thinking the same thing, and me sumi discussed the same the day before, that kunal would definitely refuse to do any such monkey role

but but, what if they have signed some contract with the channel too??

don't know how it works but that is what binds naa, hence compels too

point yaar!! that's true and fact of life :( it would be oh so bad to see them in such roles but this industry is so saturated that you have sometimes got to accept roles not matching your standards

I just hope the CVs etc, have learned some life lessons from all this! But I doubt it. Lets hope for the best! But I'm not holding my breath...just crossing my fingers!😊

@Bold: I agree with you on this..its really a fickle industry and girls do come and go and nobody cares if you are not being shown on television..they will be considered old in romantic shows..no offence to any actor..but some female protagonists are doing the same kind of roles, where story/character is not much important..they too know what sells and how it works to be known here till it lasts..😭

Truth be told, I always wanted a continuation of NBT and the MM story. I know I'm in the minority, but I felt there was still more stories to tell. But the viewers in India seem to prefer a more drama laden , female leads sacrificing and eternally suffering and crying type of story, and I detest these! Way too regressive or my tastes!👎🏼

exactly Lee!! that's why i never hoped or dreamt of seeing continuation of this story, it's better to end than continuing on and on , hence getting more and more compromised at the TRP altar

you have already seen what happened to it earlier, as soon as love confession got close, the story took a turn for the worse, in the name of prolonging and providing twists in the tale before marriage, they introduced riddhiMAA and there went our show down the drain

so in the name of creativity in a post-marriage story, only kids growing up and then falling in OTT romance will be shown
