This is exactly what I want to know. Why can't each channel decide to give complete and full creative freedom to one show. One show which is different and is critically acclaimed. If it gets TRP's excellent if it does not then they should just be happy with critical acclaim.

Why does everything have to be about money? What about entertainment?😭

Aare Shama forget her. Uske parents ne kaise allow kar diya usse? In fact if channel had to bring in this twist they should have hired an older actor. But they chose to stoop low by using Avika itself. Sick!
