who is the admin of this forum?

Hi,
I thought that this is an official forum?not ruled and created by members like us....
But I was wrong...
I post one topic 3 days back regarding Anwesha's tumhari adaon pe saying she was better in this song in CU and that was deleted.


So here we can not put our topic,so why they do not put a rule which topic we should and we should not..................
