i know nikhil is connected to mtv..he is a vj too but raghu???😕 how is he connected to mtv..anybody knows that..is he a roadie too😕

I read somewhere that he is the director of ROADIES and he is also a senior supervising producer at MTV.

Raghu is also the founder of Roadies.

He made the concept Roadies which is why he is soo passionate and serious when it comes to the show.

Why 13 Roadies? Why not 12 or 15?
It's an odd number, and offers better group dynamics. And yeah… people get scared of the number 13.

Save for Rannvijay and Bani, no one remembers any winner.

What you see is what I feel. I can't be like that all the time. That's what audiences want to see.

Personally, I love the auditions. For me, it's downhill after that.
I have a few people telling me this. But we slog over the show and it's sad that you feel that.

Yours is the only reality show popular with the youth.
That's because there's no plan, it's just instinct.

Do you plant fake participants?
I'd rather not have a fight than plant a fight. We take these participants out of their comfort zone to see how they'd react. My roadies are useless as actors.

On your wishlist?
I'd really want to hold an Indo-Pak Roadies.

What matters to Roadies more: fame or money?
It's not the money. It's about attitude. It's become like a badge, like a crown. People see it as a level of coolness.

i think he is one of the producers, and in tht first roadies one girl's dad called up and screamed at him. (i don't remember for wht, i think it was tht her dad wanted her to come back as she had exams or something like tht)
