The leap of five has not made those ladies grand mothers with daughter-in-laws to sudharo and etc. It is more like their lives after five years, (whatever I know after reading online, *I more into reading serials than watching them 😆😆😆) Haan it's not a 20 year leap like Kekta's shows with grown kids and all...but one of the characters...Eva Longoria's is now a Mom of three kids and is out of shape....one of the other women's kids are teenagers etc. etc....so yeah, it is a big change from before when the women were busy with other activities....what works in their favor is that these women COULD pass for mothers of teenagers etc....cuz some of them are in their 40s....most K-heroines are barely in their 20s when she turns them into mother in laws😕😕😆....Kekta's shows take many five year leaps as well waise.....so it's not always the big jump with grandmothers and d-i-l's😆....I was just intrigued cuz this whole 'leap' process is usually a K-show type of thinking.
Anyways, what I think is, the season can also bring in more creativity, and in the three months break, creatives can go back to the brainstorming for fresh ideas. But, we still do not have good enough concept of script writers/story line in India whether it be movies or serials. I think that we DO have concepts...but not many takers of those concepts as ppl would prefer to stay stuck in a rut and keep doing the 'safe' thing to make money....I don't think Hollywood is perfect that way either....in my honest opinion....none of the recent movies or shows on TV there also are that 'innovative' anymore....their movies especially seem to become more and more masalified formula fare these days😕
