You are right. I have been thinking this too. Is the show really unpopular or is it that someone is worried that it is gaining on slowly. I read many comments on youtube about liking this show.

Besides with the new developments how are they going to finish it in 10-12 episodes. I guess it will be abrupt and they won't be able to convey the message they wanted to give.

Actually the TRP is 0.2 and they have known faces so I think they are being so strict

Please agar zyada na lage to ek aur message dena hai. So here goes:-

You know sirf ek naya concept kafi nahin. Execution also means a lot. And there were some things in the execution of this serial that were so refreshing and different from the usual sensational (read illogical and unnecessary) tropes that I actually was planning to do a small post on it on my blog. But abhi toh kuck soojh nahin raha.

Right now I have a very short message for the makers and actors-

Please do not be disheartened even if the serial shuts down. If, that is if you really believe in the message of your serial and meant everything you depicted here then do not stop trying.

Please do not stop trying to relay a good and socially relevant message.

And most importantly while you do this do not fall into the trap of TRP's and start following the usual tropes to grab eyeballs.
